Pierre brings to Turn more than17 years of experience in advertising, 13 of which were spent in digital marketing organizations. He has an extensive knowledge of the data-driven marketplace, including ad exchanges, online advertising networks, performance-based advertising and the publisher market in the UK and Europe.
Prior to his new role at Turn, Pierre was responsible for developing the Yahoo! Publisher Partner Network where he has secured many media buying and data agreements with leading publishers across Europe. Prior to that role, Pierre was head of direct response for Yahoo! UK and Ireland, responsible for the commercial offering, product positioning and go-to market strategy. Under Pierre’s leadership, Yahoo! Direct Response recorded tremendous growth within three years and the Yahoo! Network is now one of the top advertising networks in the UK.
Pierre graduated from Rome University with a degree in Statistics.

Stephen is based in London and oversees Sojern's international operations. He's been a pioneer of data-driven marketing throughout his career and loves building out global businesses. Most recently, Stephen served as the CEO of Qype, acquired by Yelp!. Prior to that, he led Yahoo!'s European consumer business.
Early in his career, Stephen was one of the first employees at Air Miles (acquired by British Airways) and also launched Safeway's innovative loyalty program.
Stephen graduated with honors from the University of Birmingham and is a non-executive director of several other internet businesses.

He successfully relaunched the web site for MT, Haymarket’s market-leading business and management title, at Managementtoday.com in September 2010. Smith was, for three years, the head of digital content at Haymarket Brand Media, home of Campaign, Marketing, Media Week, Revolution and Brandrepublic.com, the online marketing, media and advertising portal.
